RASHEED CHAPPELL "SHOW & PROVE" (APRIL 13TH 2012)
On April 12th 2012 Brooklyn Bodega & Kevin Nottingham teamed up to bring you the latest installment of their "Show & Prove" series. It's a chance for up & coming artist to share the stage at Brooklyn Bodega Hip Hop Festival with some of the biggest names in music.
Artist from Q-Tip, The Roots, Brand Nubian, Kanye West & others have graced this stage. Follow us as we take you to Brooklyn's Public Assembly for round one of the competiton. Rasheed Chappell was nominated by Kevinnottingham.com & subsequently voted in by an overwhelming majority.
On April 13th it was announced that Rasheed Chappell was the winner of round 1 and would be advancing to the "Show & Prove Superbowl" at Brooklyn Bowl in July.
This is a video chronicle of the days events, once again Tonie Lewis of RETROGENECTICS captures the moments & now we share them with you.
